Tesco Superstore

Waited 15 minutes for a Toasted Sandwich. 3 people working behind the Counter and obviously all doing a mix of things with no clear roles. At one point they all disappeared and the Counter was left unattended. Given Health and Safety rules I was surprised as a loose running child could easily have gone behind there. There were 16 seated Customers already eating and two waiting to be served so not exactly run off tgeir feet. The tables needed clearing of which I did one and a very elderly lady did two. All in all a Shambles and my Tea was luke warm by the time I got my Sandwich that they had forgotten about!

Nice place to go for groceries. They are open until 11pm. Presence of security is a plus. Great variety of options from produce to technology essentials. Cafe, books, snacks, pharmacy, etc. Loads of self service till as well as with cashier ones. Well lit place. Loo is way back on the left side. Cashpoint near entrance. Excellent location.

What on earth has happened to the Weston-super-Mare store ! I've been a loyal tesco shopper for years but ive no idea who is managing the store now as the layout is ridiculous! It changes on a weekly basis an makes zero sense, it's all over the place an from the other shoppers I spoke to I'm definitely not the only one completely baffled by it ! If this is how it's going to be I'm not going to shop there anymore.

Food shop done with a bit of stress. A little bit of a jumble. Found it hard to work out where things were. Cafe great. Quick service. Freshly cooked food. Good value for money.

Supper disappointed came in looking for a over the counter medication so when to the pharmacist and she said she didn’t have what I needed while I could see it in plain sight she then told me that I needed another medication and what I told her was wrong. Later in the evening I looked up the meds and it’s the completely wrong medication I need and what’s she has given me will make me terribly ill. Very disappointed as I came for help and she has made me more ill and spent money on something I definitely shouldn’t have taken!

Good customer service in the cafe fromRilley . I had toast with cheese and ham and chips and a coffee. The cafe was clean. Food good. Toilets were clean. Shop was very busy..

This store must take millions but they refuse to spend sufficient to keep the customer toilets, toilets for disabled and baby change facilities in good repair instead resorting to blaming the customers when things go wrong. See pictures of their posted excuses.

This scenario of a building site/supermarket is sending the staff doolally. Today a grotesque looking women with spectacles leered at my shopping and then started questioning me about a trolley which I was about to replace in its original location. I mean it's laughable, insanitary and probably illegal to run a store like this.
