07/10/2024 - Website clear and easy to order but that is where it ends! Shocking customer service. They never answer their phone and seldom respond to emails. Would not recommend. Ordered some products almost 2 weeks ago and although they were in stock, they are yet to arrive!
08/10/2024 - Further to the above review, I now have a refund for the goods as they were lost in transit. Shame I had to write a review to get a response. Hopefully they'll learn because it looks like they have the makings of a good business....
08/10/2024 - I did have a tracking number which I logged onto daily and at no point did it even show "out for delivery" let alone attempt to deliver! I did message you via the online chat which I had no response to as per my email on 30/09. Just publicly accept you dropped the ball on this one, it will show other clients you have greater integrity. I find life a lot easier when you stick to facts!

Avoid in all cost. I ordered roof sheeting. Order was split for two delivery. One part arrived with DX delivery. Second part should be delivered by TG supplies on them weekly runs to my area. Never did. I Try contact them on live chat never reply also email and phone number never answered. I added screenshots about unanswered chat from your web chat also Isn't weekly run in next 3days as you late 6 days without any communication.
