A recent change in the Management team at this shop . I was in the shop in October 2023 and it was awful . I recently went in again and the contrast could not be any greater between then and now . It's an absolute pleasure to go in there now .

if i could give no star i would I was in your store on sunday there was nobody in attendance to make a purchase and i looked into the back room to c two staff there a larger blonde woman made her way into the front of your store and rather abruptly informed another lady customer that she could not bring her trolly into your store quite rudely and condesending manner there is no sign up on display stating this unknown to your staff the lady who she spoke to is infact autistic herself and was very upset by the manner of this woman and found her imtimadating i would of thought she would of been able to tell this working were she does perhaps some retraining is required or a corse in this subject would be good for her then she came to serve me i put some money on the counter and was met with a torent of verbal abuse from this woman who plainly was not suited to retail work perhaps she sould be sorting stock in the rear or at a none public level or even be dismissed and i was told in no uncertain to leave the store sorry your first review is so poor but i wish u good luck with your store and hope u prosper ive been in retail all my working life i now have 7 retail stores and i would not employ this horrid loud mouth rude mannerless excuse for a person
