WOW what can I say about this place other than book NOW!! Nora and Andy where just amazing. You are greeted by the loveliest couple, we booked the evening that we arriveed because our other place was double booked. So you can imagine we were pretty stressed but! Not a problem! They sorted us out with a beautiful family room that was spotless. Made us feel instantly welcome. I have two children on the spectrum (one being deaf too) but Nora and Andy had this amazing way of making even my children feel relaxed and safe (so much so we stayed and extra day). If you want a Modern place with all the lasted things then this isn't for you. But if you want a holiday where you feel relaxed, looked after and part of a family where your children can be children then this is the place for you. Nothing was too much and the food is incredible and we were was sad to leave. My children ask me when are we coming back?

First class stay Nora and Andy were the perfect hosts . Fabulous made to order breakfast with homemade marmalade and fresh ground coffee. Quirky decor makes it feel very relaxed and homely . Near all amenities. Will definitely be back Thank you very much ☺️

Fantastic place, best hotel we've stayed at. Nora very welcoming, sent a msg wishing us a safe arrival. Bent over backwards. Offered a better room from single beds ground floor one. Beautiful spacious room double room may have been a family as soft toys on wardrobe & extra bed. Scrumptious breakfast, yoghurts juice tea nuts everything imaginable, porridge cereal & full English cooked by Andy. Vegetarian options. Norah warm hearted, attentive & attention to detail. Mini fridge in room lovely bathroom, comfy bed. Wine glasses, bottled water. Great location, peaceful, 8 mins to train station, 8 mins to beach. Good choice of eating places. Spotless room. Amazing property, fantastic features, picture stain glass windows beautifully furnished, Worth the cost, Norah brilliant host & work very hard. A people person, very customer focussed & witty. Definitely recommend The Breverton.

Everything you’d want from a B&B, warm welcoming hosts, central but quiet location, off street parking, lovely sized rooms, clean and comfortable with all the little extras. Delicious cooked breakfast. Nora & Andy are perfect hosts. We would definitely stay again at this gem!

Lovely hotel. The owners were lovely and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Lovely room with nice biscuits and a comfy bed! Everything you needed. Nice quiet room.|Breakfast was fantastic...huge range of healthy food and great cooked breakfast. The porridge was the best I've had!! |We will definitely stay again when visiting Lytham. Wow! Where do I start? I’ve stayed in many a B&B in my time and I must say, this place, ran by the lovely Norah and Andy is probably my favourite.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome.

The house was lovely and the room was very comfortable and clean, with everything a family could need.

Location was perfect, a few mins walk into the local town with shops, pubs and restaurants right there where you want them to be, plus the sea front and beach a few mins walk further.

For me, the best bit was breakfast. Norah really looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Quality produce with every element cooked to perfection. Hats off Andy, If there was a chefs kiss emoji, I would use it right now. 😆

Fundamentally, we loved it, the kids loved it, and we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else next time we come to town.

Lovely hotel in great location close to town centre and beach. Warm welcome from Andy and Norah. Off rd parking in front of hotel. Quirky and amazing decor. Our room was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and served in lovely conservatory. This was my second visit and will definitely be back.

I can’t recommend The Breverton Hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Nora and Andy made us feel completely at home. They’re some of the friendliest and most hospitable hosts you could ever hope to meet — nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel itself is spotless, cozy, and full of charm. Breakfast was delicious, and every little detail showed how much care and pride they put into their work. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth and attention to guests — Nora and Andy truly make The Breverton feel more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel.

We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone we know. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with a personal touch, The Beverton is the place to be. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt like home, with a welcoming vibe that made it hard to leave. The rooms are beautifully cosy—tastefully decorated with soft, inviting colours and comfortable furniture. It felt like stepping into a little sanctuary after a long day of exploring.

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast, which featured homemade jam that Andy and Nora make themselves. Each jar was packed with the freshest flavours, and you could tell it was made with so much care. The fruit spreads paired perfectly with the warm, freshly baked bread. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that set The Beverton apart from other places.

If you're looking for a quiet getaway, great hospitality, and a truly special place to stay, I couldn’t recommend The Beverton more. Andy and Nora have created something really special here!

Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Norah and Andy at The Breverton. They are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble and always with a friendly word and big smile. That and their deliciously fresh breakfast is the best way to start any day.
The hotel is spotless and very welcoming.
As a regular visitor to St Anne's, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

We had a 1 night stay at The Breverton last weekend with our 2 granddaughters. The room was very clean, with everything you could ask for. The breakfast was superb with lots to choose from. The owners were very friendly and went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful place. Rooms spotlessly clean, have nice en suites in them. Rooms very well decorated, have tv in them and ample tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and kettle in them. Bed very comfy. Great choice of food at breakfast and all delicious. Take breakfast in a lovely bright conservatory, some lovely little touches the way it is served. The hosts Andrew & Norah are extremely welcoming and are keen to ensure you enjoy your stay. On site parking, great location for sightseeing. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay at The Breverton. Excellent all round.
