Excellent website, stocking superior brands. The customer service is the best I’ve known. I had an enquiry about a pair of trousers and a nice chap named Doug literally got back to me within minutes (this was at a weekend too!) If quality outdoor gear is your bag then this is the place.

Incredible customer service and what a gent Andy is! Always happy to resolve any issues and a general pleasure to speak to. Used this store for years now and cannot praise it enough. Best customer service around. And a wealth of knowledge and info when needed on any of the products. Their own line of bush tools are also absolutely outstanding quality for the price point.

Went in to purchase a boar edc folding knife, staff member very helpful, explained features and very helpful in explaining alternatives too. Wanted a spirit burner cook set as well and very accommodating with a “mix and match” for my needs. Free to roam store and browse. Excellent place to shop and had a wonderful experience, will definitely be going back to shop again. Cheers the bushcraft store ?

Cannot recommend the customer service highly enough at the Bushcraft Store. I contacted the guys about a 4 year old folding knife which had developed a blade wobbble. Without hesitation they asked me to send it in and they would have a look at it for me. It was back with me within 3 days fully fixed and with a new coating of handle oil. Excellent service I’m sure you would agree.

Excellent ! BOUGHT A SMALL QUANTITY OF PARACORD. THE WEBSITE WAS EASY TO USE ,I WAS KEPT INFORMED ABOUT THE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY. ALL WENT TO PLAN AND PRODUCT IS JUST AS DESCRIBED. WILL NOW BE LOOKING FOR OTHER ITEMS I NEED . GREAT PLACE !

I like this shop, full of all sorts of camping and survival items.
All good quality stuff, and the prices reflect this. So don't think you'll get a cheap bargain.

Parking is available, shared with numerous other shops in the area.

The store has a wheelchair accessible entrance, my first visit, I was given lots of help and support in choosing my product.

The second visit, there was 1 other customer, but the chap seemed busy with stocking as the 2 staff were fluttering about.

Email responses from the shop seem quick, and ive had no bother getting replies..

I will continue to shop their in the future if/when I need specific items.
