I visited this car resale business and made a purchase.
I was able to inspect the car first then take it for test drive. There was absolutely no pressure from the owner on how far or where I could drive the car. He wanted me to test the acceleration response and there auto change of the gearbox. Result , all good.
We came to a deal on part exchanging my old car and the discount on the sale price was instant. This was a no pressure purchase with a polite in house manager who completed the paperwork in a professional manner. I have driven the car for 500 miles with no issues and I expect to replace discs and pads in the near future as noticed this when I inspected the car. 🤩👍

I purchased a lovely BMW 340i back in April of this year from these guys. No issues at all with it 6000 miles later and great customer service, constant communication throughout the process. The only issue was that it was advertised with great paintwork, however the roof was cracking due to bird droppings, but I hadn't noticed this until I was home so too late and my fault at that point.

No stars . This dealership should be avoided.
Due to them selling an unroadworthy car to my nephew a VW BLUE 62 plate Polo which has broken down twice in two weeks with loss of power the returned to dealer for repair under warranty he had to pay for the repair as the so called warranty was non existent. Second breakdown with the same fault car was the taken to an independent garage who road tested the car and loss power 3 times. Therefore car was rejected and after many discussions with the dealership a partial refund was accepted
I have now seen the car back on the dealership web site for £5500 do not purchase this car.
As per your reply the car should have gone to your so called workshop an had full service before you sold it to my nephew and found the any fault that caused the breakdown and repaired it before it left your premises. As for paying for the first repair he had only completed approx 100 miles before it broke dow therefore that wear and tear is not down to him.

Everything went perfect with these guys! After being messed about by another car lot I came here, on a Friday, saw the car I liked, part exchanged mine, got a good price & had it ready to collect 2 days later on Monday all cleaned up & ready to go!
