Beautiful range of carpets and flooring. Welcoming staff, Jon and the team were very helpful and attentive, ensured we were looked after and explained everything to us. Quickly got us booked in to have our carpets fitted a couple of days after and flooring sorted the following week! Fantastic quality carpets and flooring. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Oh my goodness.... what a absolutely amazing service!!! Every single part of the process, from John measuring the room, me choosing something in stock and fitting 2 days later. Everything was done with total expertise and professionalism.
This is the 3rd time I've used the company and, when I need to, will not hesitate to do exactly the same again.

Brilliant customer service! John really helped us when choosing the right type of carpet - wanting a wool type carpet but he kindly gave us some very honest and useful advice, steering us in the direction of a nylon wool-style instead (which was in fact even nicer than the previously chosen one). Due to having kids and pets, we were very grateful for the honest advice as this carpet was in fact cheaper than the one I initially chose, so it was clear he puts service over profit. We’ve now used this business for all 3 of our houses over the years and would highly recommend.

I was looking for a remnant for a small box room so I didn't really want to pay a lot. John was really helpful and advised me that I should look at the ranges downstairs as they come with free fitting. I found one a little over budget and that was just right. Thank you for all your help, John.

If I could give it less I definitely would. I am absolutely disgusted with the company and their idea of “customer service”!
We bought carpets for 3 rooms in the house and some flooring for the bathroom. When it arrived one of the carpets we had chosen was laid out in the room and had been labelled wrong in store therefore it was too short for the room! The label it had been marked up in store matched what we were looking for but when it arrived it was too small.
After speaking with the company they agreed we could come and choose a different carpet to the value of the one we had and they would fit it for us there and then. So we took time out of renovations to go down and pick a new carpet (the carpet fitters were kind enough to fit it the same day!) once we picked a new carpet (which was £10 cheaper than the original one we wanted!). Once home the carpet fitters laid the new carpet out which is damaged see images (there is a crinkled line running down the middle of the carpet and mess on the bottom!)
We then received a phone call once the carpet had been fitted and the employee asked us to come and pay £50 for the new carpet or he would ask the fitters to pull it up and bring it back! £43 for the carpet and £7 for the fitting!! Tell me how that makes sense when you are the one who made the mistake and we are the ones having to deal with it!!! Absolutely disgraceful, I have never in my life experienced such rude and outrageous “customer service!”

We were going to use this company for our stairs and landing but that’s definitely not going to happen now! I wouldn’t go near this company if I were you!
