Having used the Co op in Main Road Hawkwell Essex for many years, we had to return a 4 pint of milk which was off but in date, the manager and staff were incredibly rude and arguing about not doing an exchange. You would think this was a huge amount of money. Cannot believe the rudeness, will not shop there again.
