I do not usually like complain about things, but unfortunately I came in on Tuesday morning to get a drink whilst on my road trip and purchased a smoothie. About half an hour after it I started getting stomach pain and it wasn't until I checked the bottle I realised it was over a month out of date. I was too far away to return the item by the time. Very disappointed.

The shop and staff are not the problem. This is an Evri drop off location. The Evri machine has not been working for printing labels for at least three weeks. This is an important location for many on the old Sarum estate. It’s actually not even recognised on google either. GET IT SORTED please

Excellent little supermarket always spotlessly clean and kept in good order by very good people I find it hard to believe that anyone would find the staff rude! A couple of months and many visits later I have to revisit my review. I have to say if the staff are too busy to accept Evri parcels then Penny should reconsider her work there. I saw that two members of staff were busy stacking shelves and was waiting patiently for them to acknowledge me and after a few moments and several glances from one without acknowledging me I waived the parcel to show her I was waiting, she grumbled about her knowing I was there and when she came down the aisle towards me I said I was not sure she saw me, she was not very pleasant in her manner and it seemed to me she thought I was a pain to be requesting her taking the Evri parcel. This is the first time I have had this experience here and I note that Penny has had previously a good review! I can only assume she was having an off day! Accordingly I have reduced my stars to 4

Most of the staff in this shop need a new job. Rude, slow and dismissive.

One lady whose name is penny, who works here needs a pay rise. Penny is the only worker with a constant smile on her face, happy and polite every single day. Nothing is too much bother for her at all, and will happily help where she can. She makes that store what it is.
The rest need to take a leaf out of her book!

Absolutely poor customer service!! I visited the coop this morning (Saturday at 9am) because I needed to pick up 3 Easter eggs for the little girls that I work with and tutor. I randomly chose two, then changed my mind and put one back on a shelf (I was so engrossed in my task that I hadn’t noticed it was a different shelf to the one I got it from). I chose two others, went to the self service and paid for my items. As I am LEAVING the shop, one of the staff calls out “Do you need this one?!” and she is holding up the Easter egg I put back. I called back to her “no thank you lovely” and she shouted in an aggressive and incredibly rude manner “Shall I just put it back then?!” And I walked out of the shop. No please and thank you, no asking politely. She just shouted at me as if I was an inconvenience! It is her JOB to put items in the correct shelves. MY job was to visit the girls and help them in their maths and English. Despicable and disgusting behaviour. Won’t be visiting this branch again.

Shocking customer service!!! Was waiting outside until 6:05am (opens at 6am) in a hurry to get to work, saw the manager and another old lady shop worker talking a few feet away inside so I said hello to get their attention and I was completely ignored!!! Said hello a few more times over the next couple of minutes and eventually the manager opens the door. I said good morning to him and he completely ignored me!!! Got my shopping and went to the till, again waited there for a bit for them to finish their conversation, and went to the ‘wrong till’ and I was told by the old lady shop worker “over here” (no please or thank you) just “over here” to the till she had opened. I left feeling like I had been an inconvenience to them and having that level of service from a ‘manager’, I was very disappointed.
