In the past the staff have been reasonably friendly but we have noticed over the last few months that this has changed, some of the staff on the tills in particular have been far from friendly and on a couple of occasions even rude. The only reason I haven't given only one star is because although being very expensive in comparison to their rivals, this store does seem to be well stocked most of the time and it is very convenient with a car park.

This Co-op seems to be one of the larger stores in Hastings but comes with the unique benefit of parking. They have a good range of food including a small bakery. The store is always tidy and the staff very polite. My only criticism is not with the store but the higher prices of this chain compared to Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Metro etc.

It would be refreshing if just once, out of the many many times I have been into this store, the fridges could be fully (or even just half) stocked of drinks! The soft drinks fridge looks like it's constantly being looted by a hoard of dehydrated wildlings.
