Will never send parcels here again. Never ready, turned up on delivery day after parcel arrived 4 hours ago and can't be taken. Machines never work either

The manager was very rude and could not care less if we shopped there. And worse still after a little price discrepancy query he ended by first being rude in his explanation then ended up saying if it was too expensive I should shop elsewhere. That for a bottle of Coke Zero? I said his customer service skills were poor and he said I can take it up with the Manager and that he is the Manager. He thinks he is the " be all and end all" He definitely is not a good store manager and does not care about customer service.

Absolutely solid co-op. Nice post-modern design and they always have strawberry kiwi Rubicon. Just solid all round also the weird girl at the till is nice I guess 🔥🔥🔥

ordered my first Snappy delivery trom Ihe Sorrels § Corringham. Online said 14.45-14.55 delivery and delivery charge. 1 hr later no food . Phone store 4 times kept ringing then it would cut off. I ended up having to go round store the "lady manager " couldn't of cared less really. Not sorry to me, just said" ohh it's turned off and so is pl why they never received my ordered. All she said wa still want or shall I refund. You can imaging my response, if she was a bit more nicer I might of took it with me, but never again Very very annoyed is an understatement. I will await your reply (maybe.)!!!

If this had zero stars I'd give it zero stars they have a member of staff there who has a mouth like a trash bin and a manager with dark hair and glasses who can't even stand up for himself and let the staff walk all over him they got a new manager in there who apparently was going to shake things up but she's done absolutely nothing to improve the store it's actually worse than it was I can't believe they have the staff in there that they do because they treat their customers like rubbish and talk rubbish why would you shop somewhere when you've got stuff who talk like that on the shop floor and talk to customers in the same way absolutely disgusting behaviour which is probably why I don't shop there and shop at the one in Stanford le hope
