Always friendly. Only issue is, when you want to pay at the till you have to wait until someone notices you, as the staff are normally out on the shop floor. That's fine if you're noticed quickly but sometimes takes a few minutes for someone to serve which is a bit frustrating

Good shop with many useful items. Shame that the actual shop is very bad in many ways firstly that the items on offer in this case were marked at £1 they were still charging £1.80 I didn't discover this for two days and were charged multiple times full price for something I would have never normally have brought. When I complained to the staff member about this he was very unprofessional. I explained this is no better than stealing he didn't care. I feel like I've been robbed and if I stole from them I would be arrested. Just to make matters worst then the manager of this shop looked at the CCTV and I was in a company van which he proceeded to call my boss complaining about me wanting apologies. COOP management your theives you are robbing inocent hard working public. Shame on you!

Disorganised when it comes to parcels. It seems that there is no system in place and it always takes the staff ages to find them because there is a pile of dozens of parcels sitting at the till with no classification whatsoever. Two young staff were complaining about having to search for them AGAIN, and it made me feel very uncomfortable.

Small convenience store in Broadbridge Heath offering a good range of products, free car park and bus stop opposite the store. More expensive than the local Tesco but it's closer for me and a good back up.
