Too expensive. They take advantage of the fact that they are the only supermarket in town and charge well over the top for products. It's actually cheaper to drive 10 miles to tesco or asda and even with the cost of fuel you will save lots of money. They are taking advantage of people with no transport or means to order online. I hope a lidl or Aldi come soon and stop this extortion.
I've also read all of the reviews online and i think whoever the area manager is should consider a career change.

Guess what! My review is in direct reference to the same COOP Sturminster Newton employee previously mentioned on these reviews… The lady with the red hair on the lottery kiosk. Rude, belittling, disrespectful (I could go on) and really shouldn’t have a job in a customer facing role. Suggest this individual needs decent management support/ discipline as is evident from the multiple historical complaints on here. Her rudeness actually made the customer cry in the incident I am referring to and is the reason for writing this review!

(P.S. the duty manager was informed at the time before you tell me to email your customer services department)

I am going to give co op in Sturminster Newton 5 stars. Lovely helpful staff, with a happy friendly atmosphere. The fish is good quality, along with many other products. This supermarket is a godsend for many people without cars, so keep positive everyone and smile with your eyes and leave a sparkle wherever you go.

The staff are quite unprofessional. They are very dizzy in their approach, lack basic customer service skills and seem to aaay with thr fairies. Poor communication and listening skills.
