I dropped by the store a few days back for the first time, and it was fantastic. They offer great prices for solid wood furniture, even with minor "issues." What's impressive is their transparency about the condition of the furniture, so you know exactly what you're getting. Wayne and Clare were super professional and friendly, guiding me through my choices of two big wardrobes, a king-size bed, and a dining set. Highly recommended!

First visit today. Most furniture has either been scuffed, scratched, or dropped and is suffering quite bad dents and cracks.

Such a waste of a large store that is literally just housing damaged furniture. Change it from an outlet and sell full price, good quality products. Also no music playing in the background in store so it has no atmosphere.

Won’t bother returning.
