I have been so impressed with the customer service by Alison - and her colleague Gayle. I purchased some bee design cushions and wanted six more. Alison went above and beyond to get them in store for me!
They even recognised me as I was walking across the car park some time later - to update me on progress! Followed by a telephone call when they arrived. When I explained that I was going away for a fortnight - Gayle was very helpful stating that they would put my name on them ready for my return - and wished me a lovely trip.

This place is also known as Armstrongs Mill. Clothing and shoes are sold here for a certain age, lets say for 40's upward, for both men and women. There is a coffee shop and a restaurant here (called Millies) both of which are very nice. A lift can be used to gain access to all floors. Carpark is ok but can be full at times as the Mill is used quite a lot. Worth a visit

Nice shopping place. There are many different shops there that all offer different range and different price of clothing as well as home decor and furniture.
There is also nice restaurant/ cafe where you can have nice cuppa. The cakes here are amazing. Especially the carrot cake.

It was Armstrong Mill at Ilkeston I visited and Edinburgh Wool is a department in there. It also has a fantastic Antiques department on the 3rd floor which I think Bargain Hunt should visit if they haven't already. There are Women's clothing, shoes and Mens clothing department too.

Had a great time shopping at Edinburgh Woollen Mills, plenty of choices for clothes, footware, outdoor wear. Love the cafe, food very reasonable priced.

Let's just say Edinburgh Acrylic Mill, and not even a mill at that. Old fashioned, frubsy styles acceptable to some silver shoppers, others, myself included, run a mile, however silver.

This place is an absolute dump and smells like a toilet, we walked in and walked pretty much straight out!
I definitely won't be going here again!
