Popped in to look for a bed frame 3 weeks ago. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Found the perfect bed frame which was a great price as on sale. I recently purchased a bed from TFW, the salesman Jay was very helpful, he answered all of
my questions and was not at all pushy. The bed was delivered in good time and was taken to the room of my choice. It was easy to put together and is of a high quality for the price that I paid. This is not the first purchase I have made and won’t be the last.

I went into the furniture warehouse looking for an ottoman for my bedroom. The manager, Jay, was very helpful and listened to our requirements and as the measurements we were after were very specific he suggested potential items they had in stock and other items they could order in for us. His customer service was exemplary and he is a real asset to the team. Due to this experience I will be back again when I am in search of other furniture items.

My mother-in-law bought three chairs eight weeks ago. Only one was delivered on the agreed delivery date. Since then, they have not turned up when she’s waited in for an agreed delivery, they’ve not returned calls, we’ve been fobbed off continually, being told ‘next week’ or ‘it’s at the warehouse’ or ‘we’re waiting for head office.’ The chairs were still being advertised as on sale, now at a lesser price than she paid. With no helpful response, last week to took to social media and received a message stating that the chairs would be delivered the following day. The next day only one chair was delivered and it was the wrong colour! We have been into the shop today to ask for a refund only to be told that they cannot refund from the shop it will need to go to head office, who aren’t open at the weekend and don’t have a telephone number we can contact. The refund will take 5-7 working days….. let’s hope it’s not the same 5-7 working days that the original delivery length was supposed to be! The audacity to have signs up in the shop saying ’fast delivery’ is beyond belief.

The furniture is good however the service is shocking. They don’t tell you that you need to build the furniture, they don’t deliver when promised, even when they do come they arrive after the promised timeframe. Two blue chairs ordered they delivered one blue and one grey resulting in further delays. Then the replacement chair, which I had to collect was damaged. I believe they hoped I did not notice. I now still have a cupboard long overdue. Staff training is needed. Poor service will not be tolerated by customers who pay upfront and then have to ask repeatedly when their goods are arriving. Why can’t we give zero stars?

Worst shop ever don't believe a word they say.!!! Live 0.2 miles from the Spalding shop they said 7 to 10 days for delivery. Nearly 5 weeks now, but they have managed to put on a van to Peterborough where there distribution centre is . What a joke !!!!
