Such a nice arrangement of bowls on the table, the sofas were very comfy to sit on and there was a water dispenser with coool😎 water. Staff were friendly too!

Interesting experience. I'm in the market for a new sofa and 2 rugs. I walked in during the week, place was far from busy; 3 members of staff 'chatting', not one of them acknowledged me, it appeared they almost went out of their way to avoid eye contact (which is fascinating considering it's a so called 'retail showroom'. To the owner of the business. Please do invest in some good customer service training, its seriously needed.

James gave me the absolute best service I have received in any shop for a very long time, couldn’t reccomend more. A complete contrast to the blonde lady working on the same day who simply didn’t look like she wanted to be there.

We appreciate advice, but were spoken to like we hadn’t thought about anything to do with the room/furniture we were looking for, on the back of a single overheard comment from a much longer conversation.

Looks like good quality furniture in store though.
