On the 7/12/24 I went to the Green Barn after literally flying from Australia, training it to Cambridge and hiring a car specifically to attend the store- I was not disappointed!!
The Green Barn is extremely well stocked with new and re- enactor gear along with authentic items from both world wars and others. The staff are magnificent!!!
Despite the owner being away from the premises for an important family event, he was contacted by phone and did an amazing deal for me for an item which wasn’t even for sale!! Talk about going above and beyond!
Every time I go back to the UK in future I will definitely be going back to the Green Shed!
Thank you so very much for your hospitality and your service during my time in your store. I highly recommend.

One of our favourite places. In 2023 we first set foot in the green Barn. We entered looking for Air cadets uniform and left with a new hobby and £200+ worth of Airsoft kit! My wife has banned us!! Great prices, great guys. highly recommended.

This shop is absolutely brilliant, my teenage autistic daughter will only wear genuine cargo trousers and the range here was perfect to get a few pairs. The staff were so helpful and very understanding, we both felt comfortable there and will definitely be back again. Prices are reasonable too. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

Great if you're buying kit for cadets, Airsoft or just for cosplay.

They buy and sell Airsoft guns (you can trade them in too).

I regularly buy kit for cadets and Airsoft. I also get a discount for cadets too which is good. A very good place to get boots, webbing or just to look around for things you might need or want. Nice atmosphere too.

Absolute treasure trove for military, camping, hunting, etc. I grew up with Army and Navy stores around but seem to have all disappeared. This place takes me back. Nick has vast amounts of knowledge and is so helpful. Went here to buy some boots for my son in Air Cadets. Will definitely be back soon.

Army surplus and so much more...if you need camo this is the place to go, don't waste your money buying online, then have the hassle when it doesn't fit😡. At the green barn try on before you buy👍
