I had a head spa “deep tranquility” treatment here today with Hollie and let me just say incredible!! The absolute best pamper ever! So worth the wait and definitely worth the money my hair looks, smells and feels absolutely amazing. Hollie is so talented and friendly, really made me feel at ease. So easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I’m definitely not surprised that you have to book way in advance at all! From this tired mum thank you ❤️ Just what I needed. All the best for the future, I can tell you’re going to continue being SO busy! Don’t forget to squeeze in them holidays. I’ll definitely be back asap, lovely meeting you, Emma xx

Wow!! Most unreal experience. It was a Christmas present from my sister and I would most definitely return. I’m not a full body massage person but love anything hair related, facials and shoulder massages and this was just perfect. My scalp felt amazing afterwards, so relaxing! If you love it when your hairdresser washes your hair and it always leaves you wanting more, the deep tranquility treatment is exactly that!! Hollie is so lovely too making you feel at ease. Absolutely amazing. Hollie is so welcoming, informative and just so lovely. The treatment was so relaxing, I'm pretty sure I fell asleep, not only does your hair and scalp feel amazing after but so does your skin with the facial and neck massage. Will be recommended Hollie/the hair spa to everyone and will definitely be going back myself.

Hollie was very friendly from the minute I first made the appointment to the warm welcome I received on the day of my deep tranquility treatment. Hollie was very knowledgeable about the condition of my scalp and hair. I have suffered with my hair for several years now due to being post menopausal and having an autoimmune disorder. My hair has been thinning and lacklustre. Beyond the physical benefits to my hair and scalp, the head spa served an oasis of peace and tranquility. The serene environment combined with the therapeutic touch of Hollie released tension in my head and neck which had built up from my TMJ (Temporomandibular) disorder. I often have reiki and it felt like Hollie had super healing powers. Overall I found the treatment very therapeutic and holistic and I actually felt that it wasn't just a treatment but a transformative journey for my hair and soul. My hair felt super soft and very shiny after. Thankyou so much Hollie, looking forward to booking again with you.

Wow! I honestly have no words to describe this experience! I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time; the whole experience was amazing! Hollie was so welcoming and informative and thought of everything from the decor to the frozen grapes to enjoy while getting my hair blow-dried and obviously not forgetting the incredible treatment 😍
