Me and my girlfriend went in to see what the place was like and needed the toilet so asked some regulars where the toilet was, only to be told by some sarcastic individuals that we shouldn’t have gone in there just to go to the toilet, when actually we was going to have a drink or two, but didn’t because of these comments. Will not be going back, did not feel welcomed at all, you can tell why people in the area say kings head is far better, shocking!

Visited here when down for family occupation. Unfortunately the step down into the bar could be better lit, walking from sunshine into a dark darts area ended with my daughter layed off work for 4 months due to a badly broken leg. Staff were concerned but, a light bulb would have solved the issue.

Best pub for miles around.lovely staff lovely food. As it's landlady is Sally, Guy Martin's sister has interesting motor cycling and world war two memorabilia from "Bomber County".
