The location of the store isn’t correct on Google Maps. It’s inside the Braintree outlet store. The prices are quite good for an outlet store, it’s sizing that’s the problem. They only go up to 2XL which is fine for t shirts for me, but for joggers I’d need a bigger size. Good selection on offer though.

I wanted to leave a good review for two girls who served me today. They were so helpful did not rush me and knew there stuff about what they were selling. They wanted to know what outdoors stuff I enjoy doing and seemed genuinely interested in my latest adventure out in the Ukraine, especially at Chernobyl .
I wish I could remember there names sadly I cannot, they are a credit to your brand and store, sadly you cannot leave a comment on their site

I love The North Face jackets, when i visited this outlet shop they had nothing in my size. I asked an assistant if she had the coat i liked in my size she said "i will check out the back, great i thought, she wasn't gone for more than ten seconds! I don't think she even checked! She came back and said "no we only have whats out". Now i would've expected her to say sorry we haven't this coat at the moment but i could order it in for you or you maybe able to order online! But nothing! She just walked away. Poor customer service, i would've expected better. So two stars only I'm afraid.

Good quality merchandise for all weather. This is quite a small store and can be difficult to navigate when busy. Staff are helpful and friendly, I was able to find a couple of bargains on the sale rail too. Will visit again

Popped in this morning to look for a body warmer but only XS and XXL on the rail so I ask the lady if she has more sizes. She says she had a delivery yesterday but hasn't unpacked it yet and that was that. No offer to go out the back and have a look for me! Poor customer service and certainly won't be shopping in there again.

Great, probably one of the best shops at freeport that actuall have sale items and is cheaper than online unlike some of the other shops down there. Good range of products for a outlet and some ski bargains to be had 👍👍👍
