The Original Factory shop is a chain store that stocks a bit of everything. Lots of clothes, but they're not of the highest quality. A good selection of shoes, but they're even worse quality. They also do house wares and cleaning products, bathroom and kitchen supplies, as well as some snacks and knick knacks. Overall, not bad. A nice shop to potter about in and have an occational look through. Everything is a bit cheap, but it can be handy, especially in a smaller town.

A wide selection of fairly priced goods in store. There is also a handy balloon shop, made to order in store. Very handy for planning celebrations.

Makes up for losing our Woolworths. Great variety of items, mostly at silly prices, yet better quality than pound shops. I particularly like their towels, household, ladies fashion, and Christmas items. Staff always pleasant. They now have a contact less card till, and their recent revamp has smartened the shop up and allowed for a wider range. Just one grumble: baby clothes are fewer and a bit cramped in a corner.

This local shop sells a discount range of anything between fashion, home-ware to food stock. It's enjoyable because there is always something not seen before!

I'd like to see them stock curtains, curtain poles, net rods etc... Even a small stock of shoes in eee or larger sizing for folk with medical needs. Perhaps a pre order facility could be available, so the shop need not order unless pre paid for...

My latest buy a plug in electrical heater for emergency use... It works too!

Could do with a refit, but tbh the prices as so so good, it kinda explains why it’s not the most beautiful shop. For basics, this is very difficult to beat.

Can be great for bargains, but staff can be unhelpful, I just purchased some G10 smart bulbs which on the display say reduced to £6 but the lady serving insisted they were 12 and refused to check. Not impressed with the service.

Shop floor was not as tidy as usually found plus units seemed to be crammed in some sections then in other areas there was more space. Ladies jumpers had coat hangers pushed right through shoulders as they had wrong type of hangers on, so damaged goods which stopped myself purchasing.
