I went to this shop and I came out very sad because I asked one of the workers to gift wrap the perfume I bought and she said no because they were going to close but there was another girl working there and she was gift wrapping it for someone that I came before in the line I waited 15 minutes and she said no I was very polite and asked them gently they said no both of them.

Recently went to the shop with my daughter trying to buy some Christmas gifts, we were served by this staff, at first they were friendly, as my daughter will be paying for the gifts, she has only a small budget to spend, after hearing the budget, we could see the staff serving us had a change of attitude, and seemed to rush us along quickly, we managed to pick the one they had recommended to us, and then they were rushing for us to pay, but before even got us to the till, they started serving someone else and we actually saw another perfume we might want to buy, anyway by that point we were moved around by 2 other staff to try to get us to the till, we were made to feel quite unwelcome and couldn't wait to leave the shop, my daughter told me that she never had a good experience going to the shop as the staff were never friendly towards her and she would rather buy online. If its not for the price and that we could smell the products before buying, we probably wouldn't want to buy from this shop. I thought we would support local shops so that they don't close down, but with attitude like so, will only push more people to buy things online where they don't have to see the unfriendly attitude of sales staff when you are not spending a huge amount of money, customers can always change their minds, if they saw something else they are interested, who knows they might end up buying more than 1 item as originally planned. No one should be judged.

Poor service absolutely hated being in this shop. Ordered gift online on my wife’s name and she was unable to pick it up but paid with my card. When I went to collect today with her ID they refused giving it to me. So anyone can order with my card and collect it they don’t care about whose card we pay with. I had to wait 45 mins for confirmation from who ever that said they can’t allow the cardholder cannot pick it up.
