The two star review is because of the cafe. We got two full English breakfast. And honestly it was the worst full English that I have ever had. The bacon was just past being raw. The sausage had just been slapped in a frying pan and left to fry on one side and was clearly not turned. The fried egg has little black bits on it, so you could tell that they weren't cleaning the pan. And the brown sauce was the most revolting sauce I have ever had. It tasted sour. I thought it might have been out of date. I can't even describe the taste. Never again will I be getting the full English from there again.

Better than most of the ranges but still lots of room for improvement. Following on from a common theme at the range, lots of items with no prices on them and no crystal balls for sale to give you a clue. An item shown on display could not be found on the shelf and on the 2nd visit I spent around 5 minutes trying to find a member of staff who seem to be in short supply to ask and when I eventually did she didn’t have a clue what was going on with item so I gave up. Huge waste of money having so many tills installed when you are happy to only ever have 2 open and a queue halfway around the store. Not sure about the DJ in the booth either, doesn’t play any music and looks like a security guard.

I live so close to this The Range and I’d rather go to anywhere else
There is always a huge queue, nothing is priced and some of the employees can be really rude.
Some of The Range staff are lovely and super helpful but a few of them actively chat with customers when there is a huge queue and you’ve got places to be and are generally standoffish; it’s an uncomfortable customer experience.
Get it online or another store, don’t waste your precious time and patience

Always well stocked large store covering 3 floors. Only issue is there akways seems to be a MASSIVE queue for the tills. The 2nd floor tills never seem to be open. Disappointing that, due to the local scruff bags vandalising and partaking in illegal activities in the toilets that they now need to be locked. Key is available at the cafe. Normally they're clean but today filthy and no loo roll.

Lots of choice and so many staff as we visited on the stores first day opening. As well as The Range there's an Iceland food shop on the ground floor and an Iceland cafe on the top floor. Lifts available in the back right corner from the entrance. Good looking store.

Ordered lever arch binders online/pastel A4.
Picked up at bury(on the rock) store.
Staff hard to find,customer click/collect non existent. One person serving with big que.
Finally collect items to find they're ordinary files/primary block colours, 99pence each.
I paid £12:00 for 4.
That's what I call a total scam/rip off and I want a full refund.

This has got to be the best Range store I've visited. Covering 3 massive floors it has got everything apart from the kitchen sink but actually you can buy that too believe it or not. Unbelievable!
