I love this place. They sell everything from chocolate bars to jacuzzi. Prices are good, and the Cafe is brilliant. The staff are friendly and helpful but allow a good amount of time to see it all.

Went looking for net curtains & ended up finding everything we needed to fit the curtains as well as a wide range of different net curtains. All the staff we dealt with were extremely knowledgeable & couldn't do enough to help us with our purchases. They were all a credit to the store. We will be visiting again soon to purchase more items for our hew home. Highly recommended

Visited during the week and it was nice and quiet? Isle are so close together it makes navigating with a trolley awkard on weekends but a great variety of stock and loads of choice. Public toilets are a bonus

Lovely store and also includes a cafe and Iceland. Even better I was allowed to shop in-store with my dog as long as he was well behaved and kept on a lead. Result 😊

This is the Cowes branch of The Range, they now also have a limited stock of Iceland products to choose from.

The store was well stocked, they had their regular items, as well as Halloween & some Christmas stuff too!

The store was clean & the wait time to pay was fine.

Was extremely busy and unfortunately couldn't find the item I originally went to purchase. We had to walk around the shop to find a member of staff to ask for assistance in finding certain items due to the seasonal change up taking place. Long queues but was served in a prompt time and staff were in good spirits.

In the cafe at the moment, poor lad working behind the till quite new and doing his best. I have seen three staff popping in and out of kitchen all available tables dirty with people not stopping as not tables free. One member of staff came out of kitchen to bring trolley for trays, but didn’t bother clearing tables. Unfortunately we ordered food. Chips sent back as not cooked, southern fried chicken dry. My lasagne base burnt. Just heard lad behind till day to customer sorry no mugs. Finally two staff came out to help clear tables but not all of them! This is a joke don’t bother eating here.
