Love this store,especially the home furnishings and DIY section has everything you need.
Would like to see more cosmetics and beauty products,but overall a good selection.
Easy to get around depending on the time of day.
Could do with more tills open as quite a queue at times.

What an asset to Hucknall this store will be! Our first visit and we were amazed at the layout and stock levels, you’d think it had been extended as the layout is brilliant taking full advantage of the available space. A couple of ex Wilko staff recognised and they were very helpful getting us to the items we were searching for.1st class. We now have an excuse to visit Hucknall more often. I’m certain other local shops will benefit now the Range as arrived.

We whent to this store for buy some stuffs
My wife like this clock so on shelf was 2 there with price £19.99 each
So when we try to pay the clock was £39.99 I asked the price is 19.99?
One the staff whent checked and confirmed on shelf was 19.99 but we can't give this price as company policies
And u need waiting for 24hours some think?
I asked to see store manager?
she came said seem as policies company
And the price is £39.99
I say were this policies on the shelf
She say contact head office
They sent to you 😡
How bad you go on shop see the price going on till and let u pay difference price
If people they didn't notice

Tried to return an inferior product to the store but was bluntly turned away by the supposed store manager. I tried to leave a product review on their website but it wasn't published. I've taken this up with customer services but was fobbed off. Their online reviews aren't truthful and therefore you can't trust The Range.
I shan't be shopping there again.
