Bought about 8 different bits of furniture from here a few weeks ago where we were helped by Nikki in the furniture department. She helped us find everything we needed and got all the boxes together very quickly. She was very friendly and even went through her break to see the sale through. Excellent customer service from her and the guy who helped us take all the boxes out to our van.

Went here to find a lamp bulb, which I couldn't find in another banch online. The first impression of the shop when I walked in was that it looked like a bomb had gone off! Looked a tad messy!
Couldn't find the bulb so went to the customer service desk and waited..and waited...finally a lady came along who couldn't of done more to help Me, I wish I had got her name as she was obviously a manager or supervisor. 5 stars to her and her customer service.
On a different note, a message to the guy that owns the Range and drives the lambo....spend some money tidying up your stores. The car park in your peverell store needs some attention for example

Store itself is ok, could do with updating as looks a tad dated now.
Cafe looks great but food is appalling. Ordered a breakfast for 9yr old and it came out looking anemic....eggs were so snotty they ran off the plate, bacon was transparent and toast was just warm bread. Horrific.
Such a shame as the staff couldn't be more friendly.

Cafe: I hate to leave a bad review but the food here was really terrible and we couldn't eat it. We had sausages which were so dry as if left too long in an air fryer, a burger which was just a flat dry burger in a bun with no salad inside or anything. The jacket potato was not awful and the side salad was okay. The chips were not cooked properly. I would only ever come here for a coffee or drink and maybe a cake. Really disappointing and hoped that as it's a "family cafe" there would be some care for the food.

The rest of the range is great and staff were kind.

Huge amount of "range". However the only thing stopping me from giving it a better review is the fact that there is no air con for the staff. I came away from only 25 minutes in their needing a cold shower to remove the sweat. And yet, the staff are expected to run around on their feet all day in that heat. Yes there were fans, but all that does is propel hot air around. I feel for the staff and hope they're able to sort it.
Nice range of glasses and kitchen stuff though, really happy with my find

The best thing about The Range (for us) are their holiday ranges .. they always have a massive amount of Halloween and Christmas stock.
There's plenty of other things to mooch at (including a separate furniture shop across from the main entrance), food, crafts, lighting etc etc.
They have a big level car park too.
