Gorgeous hat came quickly, beautifully packaged with a handwritten thank you tag.

My first purchase but definitely not my last. I placed the order Friday 13.30 my scarf arrived at 11.37 Saturday! I did pay for delivery but never expected the next day. Beautiful scarf just as described.
Unfortunately I had to wash it straight away (machine at 30) as it smelled of damp my reason for 4 not 5 stars washed perfectly. Beautifully packaged in a box with tissue paper and a personalised tag so thoughtful.

Absolutely amazing business. Both selection and pricing are great but what really sets them apart is their service. I recently purchased a folding Panama hat from this company. I received it very quickly and was really happy with the quality of the hat. It was a little small so I sent for a bigger size which landed on my doorstep the next day! The customer service and communication with Nicola was excellent. The hat arrived beautifully packaged with a lovely personalised tag. It is exactly what I wanted for my upcoming holiday. Unfortunately when I followed the online video on folding the hat the top came away from the centre. I watched the video twice to make sure I folded it correctly so not sure why it happened.

My foldable hat arrived yesterday, i bought the mottled/ cream with brown strap. Buy with total confidence!! Arrived beautifully wrapped and boxed and a lovely linen draw string bag for storage. It rolls up beautifully and fits the bag for travel.
The hat is of high end quality, exceptional value for money! So happy with it!

I recently bought two hats. One is a wide brim with a beaded band and the other a Panama style with a mottled/natural brim. They are both excellent quality.

As someone with a 56cm head and not much hair, I've always needed to make my own adjustments, but, as both of these already have adjustment bands inside they fit a treat straightaway.

Easy to order online and a very speedy delivery service.
