Amazing refil store! I have been visiting this shop every few months for years now because the items they sell and such good quality. The food is delicious and the cleaning products work brilliantly. The range of items is fantastic. My personal favourites are the fajita spice (Mexican night has never been the same since), peanut butter and cleaning white vinegar (we use it for cleaning everything!)
Al items are reasonably priced, especially when you realise how high the quality is of these products. It feels great to be able to shop without the single use plastic. I usually get so much every trip that it takes 2 trips to the car with the weight of the bags! All the staff are so friendly, always a pleasure to come shopping here.

I'm a regular at the Store and get a lot of dry goods there. It's good to know I can buy organic and help de-plasticise. And Rosanna and her staff are always friendly.

Last Friday I bought a medium Kind Bag rucksack in black. It had its first outing on Saturday on a trip into London. It fits perfectly, is really comfortable and was just the right size to carry everything I needed for the day.

The Store is wonderful! Best quality olive oil, rapeseed oil and honey, and I love that I can replenish pantry staples without adding to the plastic and packaging problem. The empty containers that are available make things so much easier. And the new range of sourdough bread is fantastic. The Store is a place that resonates with my consumer values. Totally love this refill shop, it's absolutely wicked!! As well as being in line with my personal beliefs around organic & fewer chemical options, food & packaging wastage, the level of service provided by Rosanna & her team is fantastic! A great little addition to Bedford town centre 🙂

Rosanna is amazing! She is such a friendly, generous hearted person who has made the success of this store almost entirely alone, not without huge personal sacrifice along the way. She survived covid, finding alternative ways of meeting customer needs and continued the great service she always provides. I feel she utterly deserves my loyalty as a regular customer over the last 5 years.

The products are all top quality. I refill all my laundry cleaning products, shower gels, hand soap, washing up liquid, and so much more from The Store, and I am extremely happy with their quality. Bedford's first zero-waste store, and it's perfect. It has been such a game changer, I dread to think how much single-use packaging we would have used if it hadn't been for The Store. Rosanna puts thought into every item they sell, making sure it is the most ethically sourced. And you can even make your own peanut butter, which is fun. We love it.
