Stevo at time2vape In saffron walden, was absolutely fantastic, he clearly knows his stuff and was very helpful in finding me my first vape. He was very patient and took the time to make sure I got the best quality vape, I’ll definitely be back

Heya! Came in on Saturday and was greeted and served by a lovely gentleman called Steven. Showed me about and helped me with my vape build! 10/10 service from him!

I wish the guys working here had more experience with vaping. Friendly service, but twice I've been sold dodgy juices and the latest incident forced me to write this review. Went into the shop telling them I don't like ice and was recommended a Lost juice, strawberry and banana apparently. Not only was this juice loaded with menthol, but it was a foul tasting concoction of chemicals that left me with a sore throat. It was absolutely disgusting, despite the guy telling me it was one of his favourite flavours, so that was three bottles straight in the bin. Also, this shop refuses to stock Argus products, one of the biggest brands, despite me asking for two years now. It's a shame to leave such a negative review on a local business, but as someone else suggested, stick with credible online vendors like Vape Club. Only use this shop for emergencies, for brands you know, avoid their in-house juices, and take their advice with a pinch of salt.
