If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Your brand is only as good as the people that represent it and the 2 staff members I met were rude and arrogant not just to myself and my party but to 3 other sets of people at the Ideal home show.
They were rude and changed the prices 3 times before suddenly placing price tags that hadn't been there before (this is evident to the fact the sales rep looked at 4 different pairs and did not produce it until after the 3rd price change). They lost more than 4 customers due to their bad customer service and when asked how they could warrant changing prices 3 times their response was "you wouldn't go to m&s and ask for a discount" and "if you can't afford £20 more then it isn't for you". Both comments were insulting and out of place a. Due to the fact no one asked for a discount they asked them to honour the price that THEY gave. And b. It wasn't the fact of being able to afford it it was principle. When I went to complain to the management I was informed that I was not the first complaint that day let alone for the previous 3. 100% WOULD NOT recommend. As someone that regularly writes reviews and shops this is not a brand I will be investing in. The quality was not bad but is definitely not great quality enough to accept bad service from ignorant and unqualified sales people.

Great Linen clothing at reasonable price, good quality made in Italy fashion. Lovely shop in Brighton Duke Street on the corner sells Tina Bucknell fashion. Beautiful trousers, dresses, tops. Definitely worth a visit.
