Today my daughter bought two similar items in store, paid on a card, and whilst still in the shop, noticed one was cheaper than the other so asked to swap it to match the cheaper one. They said yes, but we cannot refund on a card, you can only have the pound difference with a voucher. Considering she lives in a long way away, and don't shop in here much, she said a voucher is no good, but they would not budge. Fortunately, a nice lady offered to give my daughter the pound and she used the voucher.
Principle rather than the money but if this is buying and supporting local business , Tonwod can poke it. Bye Bye.

Absolutely sterling 5* service from Emma at Tonwood Home Hardware. Needed washing machine asap. Tonwood managed to supply, fit and remove old one, within 24hr turnaround. Free delivery to our postcode. No hidden charges. Very competitive product. Delighted. Thank you !
