“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Top Bargains. The store sells faulty electrical equipment that often doesn’t work. When I returned to ask for a refund or exchange, the owner refused to take any responsibility, claiming they are not accountable for non-functioning products. This is nothing short of a scam, and it’s clear that the business operates in a dishonest manner. I strongly urge anyone thinking of shopping here to avoid it at all costs. Don’t waste your money or time on a store that refuses to stand by the quality of its products and treats customers poorly. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a trustworthy place instead!”

The guys are all very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond especially when I can’t figure out what I need to fix something. With a variety of different things from snacks and drinks to household products to home wear to tool and lots of sparkly ornaments( gotta love some sparkle)

Really is a Top Bargain shop been going to this shop for so many years and drinks are 20-30p cheaper than shops across the road and also got DIY equipment from here.

They selection of rugs is amazing can't wait to get a couple when I move home.

I wish this kind of shop is there around NE4. Lots of variety for toiletries, things we can't get from Asda/Iceland. Price is a steal (if not a good bargain). I realise for a few brands of shampoo, face wash and other stuff big retailers will give overpriced tags.

great hardware shop has every thing for your home and very reasonable in price on all items . could do with having one in gateshead . plenty of stores to let on gateshead high street
