We had a scooter that just suddenly stopped working and after finding Andy’s details, we dropped the scooter with him. We suspected it was a dead battery, which to replace would have been £500. Andy was excellent as he persisted and managed to revive the battery saving us £500 for a new one. He also repaired a small fault on the handlebars and fixed our charger,they also serviced our scooter for a very reasonable cost. I can't recommend the service and consideration we received from Andy enough. Andy also gave me invaluable advice and tips on how to take care of the scooter. Don't bother going anywhere else!

I purchased a scooter from Townfield on Thursday the 10th of August from Andy the manager found him to be polite knowledgeable and so very helpful and would recommend the shop to friends and relatives. Further to my last review the batteries were not preforming as they should I spoke to Andy and no quibble or questions the batteries were exchanged for brand new ones today what wonderful service thank you

I do not live in the Blackburn area but seeing their advert I took a chance and called them to see if they could help me.
I had purchased one of the new 3 wheel mobility scooters then realized I would not be able to use it due to my medical issues
I spoke to a gentleman called Fran who was so helpful and obliging doing business was an absolute pleasure, an exchange was agreed and even though I was 50 miles out of this companies area he arrived on time,explained everything I needed to know about my replacement machine with both parties happy over a successful transaction.
I would recommend anyone who needs anything from this company that covers *disablement goods* to do so and I am sure they will be as happy dealing with this company as I was.

I ordered a self folding Mobility scooter for my mother who has severe Rheumatoid arthritis with them on Amazon; their supplier had let them down on the delivery date, so we got a complete refund without any fuss.

I then spoke to Francis at Townfield Mobility he was very helpful and was able to source an almost equivalent scooter from another source very quickly.
The mobility scooter was then sent to my mum via DHL the next day. I can not fault the customer service and help provided by Francis at Townfield Mobility always willing to offer advice on the product if you call the shop.

Can't thank Andy and his team enough. Helped me get to my Grandsons wedding when my wheelchair lost it's foot rests. Came out with new foot rests but they didn't fit.
