Very bad Service, I called them to find out it they had a part for sale, told me yes so drove down 30 minutes to then find out that they are not selling to the public as a man shouted to me that go away from here and said sorry.

Why wasn’t this said to me on the phone, we are all facing difficulties and it’s not helping with people not being clear

Bought a vw recommended battery from them which comes with a two years warranty, the battery did not last for two yrs, I called them, quoted the invoice number and the date I purchased the battery, I was told they cannot find any information on their system, i drove there with my reciept, only for them to tell me they cannot do anything about it and directed me to the main dealer to sort it out with them, not very honest at all, this partiular branch of TPS. Please avoid them, very unprofessional.

Ordered my car parts and agreed to pick up the materials by close of Business. After travelling 30 miles from Maidstone to Dartford @ 1700, I was informed that they couldn’t give the parts because there was no one at TPS to issue an invoice.
TPS opens until 1800 and this is extremely unprofessional of an institution like TPS. I will recommend management get on top of this issue.

Had everything in stock except a rear wiper spent around 700quid in here. Wil be back. Not wheelchair accessible. But guy on the desk very friendly and helpful .Will be back.

1 star is too generous, wish there were an option to give none at all.

TPS Dartford, your staff need to learn how to interact with people. They were rude the moment I arrived on the site, so I took my business elsewhere. Didn’t bother with what I was there for. Not a significant loss to you, I’m sure, but a loss nonetheless.

Always using tps,never ewer they letting my down with parts, Always calling them directly and ordering parts ower the phone few days before .verry happy wits service and my octi.
