Ian helped me design both a new kitchen and bathroom. He never made me feel pressured or rushed in making decisions. He worked with me to try and get everything I needed and wanted within budget, making simple suggestions to help.

As for the actual branch, it is always well stocked. It is clean and staff are always available to help. During the COVID restrictions, the store is well laid out and has plenty of sterilising points.
