Called today to buy a men’s size 9 walking shoes weatherproof I asked the lady for size 9 and she reported back none available but didn’t offer any other shoes and came back empty handed when asked if other styles were available she seemed uninterested so we walked out
Whatever happened to sales opportunities she was as good as useless and didn’t care she got a sale or not. I wondered into town and got what I was looking for

Disgusting customer service. Would not accept a return of unworn boots because of minor scuffing (duh, they're boots, people try them on in store) and "I'd clearly put the tags back on" (I have no idea how you'd do that). Extremely rude lady then pretended to phone the area manager, as if this was a rehearsed routine.

Meanwhile Mountain Warehouse accepted my return of boots that fell apart within a month of use. I'll be going there in future.

Bought walking boots that said on box and tags that they were waterproof. After 1 short walk they let in water-wet feet ++. I went to return them but they would not reimburse me at all, I had to buy something else I did not require.
They obviously do not support their product at all. Terrible service-so please avoid this store. I also want to state that there was a very rude lady (Lady !!) who was ignorant and displayed tactics that seem to be rehearsed, and to boot (sorry -pun) she lied to me (I will not go further on that, but I was disgusted ) ps Keighley,Yorkshire store. Shop elsewhere.

We are a mental health community organisation. I occasionally suffer with social phobias. I pushed myself to visit Trespass. The store is laid out clearly and the staff are really friendly. Vicky helped us out with some camping chairs for an event we were having. Vicky was lovely and very approachable. The prices are reasonable too. Nick.
