Purchased a 3x6 pop up with hex legs. The product is solid! Worth the buy and the service top notch too. Called them on the day the warehouse was closed told them it’s an emergency due to one we had collapsed under a little breeze (£200 Amazon one, do not buy from Amazon) and the gentleman made it happen. Saved my daughter’s birthday party! Would use again 100%

Absolutely terrible quality. £400 for a gazebo which broke on its first use. Not at all fit for purpose. Stupidly trusted the company and left it in its box until first use. As after 30 days no refund, no replacement. £400 thrown away and loads of waste to landfill.

Product was fine but.......checked before buying that i could return the tent sides if we didnt need them and they confirmed that would be fine (no mention of time limit just that musnt be used). When came to ask for a return (33 days after purchase) the person on chat said too busy to sort! Then asked 60 days after purchase and told that strict 30 day policy. Bit disappointed as seemed a good company.

Edited after response from UK Tents! 🙂 Purchase made on 22nd October. Contacted on chat on 25th November (33 days ok 34!) Then contacted again on 16th December and didnt get an option to return as their reply states. I also didnt threaten to write a review - just felt that others might benefit from my experience. 🙂 Happy Tuesday!

Brought a 6x6m premium marquee from this company recently for a party. Instructions could be better, took 6 of us around 3.5 hours to put together as opposed to the 2.5 hours for 4 people stated but I’m sure it’ll get easier each time. Shame there’s no storage bags included to pack into after use but otherwise very pleased with the quality of the marquee, certainly far superior to any of the pop up types we’ve had previously.
I would add that the company could improve their communication and be a bit more professional over the phone but overall happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend but beware, it’s heavy!

I recently purchased products from UK Tents, spending over £1000. Unfortunately, when I opened the product a little over a month after purchase, I discovered it was faulty. I reached out to the company to report the issue and was informed that they have a strict 30-day policy for reporting faults. This policy left me without recourse, despite the significant cost and the importance of the purchase for my upcoming wedding.

What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy and acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Despite explaining the situation, I received responses that were strictly policy-driven, with no apologies for the faulty product or the resulting inconvenience.

While I understand the need for businesses to have policies, customer service should also involve understanding and flexibility, especially in exceptional circumstances. Unfortunately, my experience with UK Tents fell short in this regard. I am left dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service received.

In summary, product lacks of quality and no empathy from staff at all.

Stay Away! from UK Tents/Tents of Ireland.
Placed an order on their website for a 4.5mx3m Gazebo paid with card.Luckily I screenshot my confirmation of order when I purchased as I got no follow up emails from them. 2 working days later I asked for an update and was told my Order had been sent from the warehouse and was with the courier. 9 business days later with no delivery and no further contact I asked for another update, I was then told my order never went through as the payment failed. I can see on my statement and after confirming with my bank, the money went through to Tents of Ireland. I forwarded them on the transaction details from the bank and followed up with multiple more emails all of which were ignored. I filled a transaction dispute through my bank and thankfully have gotten my payment refunded.

I was considering purchasing a marquee from this company as they are fairly local to me. Having heard the director of the company's attitude to customer service on the JVS Show on BBC Three Counties Radio (consumer programme) this week, I certainly will not be proceeding with a purchase from them.
Daniel, the MD, was condescending, rude & full of attitude when challenged about an exchange of a product, which was clearly this company's fault (wrong size drapes supplied). It is all well & good for a company to take a customers money BUT they have to take responsibility to put things right when there is a problem with the product supplied.
I would advise others to think very carefully about dealing with a company that offers such poor customer service.
I, for one, will definitely be spending my money elsewhere.
