Always used to pop in here for parcels etc. However, the last 3 times my mum has visited has been a huge disappointment to say the least! I usually would never write a bad review but I have to this time....

The last two times my mum went in they refused to take the parcels and made up an excuse then today when my mum went in, the guy said he couldn't do it as he didn't have any sticky labels. This is fine and a valid reason but again an inconvenience as that has now been the third time driving all the way over here to be sent away.

He then was VERY rude to my mum and argued with her. When she went to leave and walk out proceeded to laugh at her. Disgusting.

Avoid until they improve their customer service, honestly appalling. Also the store needs investigating as it's always dirty and tripping hazards are everywhere. Customers valuable parcels always lying all over the shop floor.

Try and avoid sending packages here if you can. I have had a few issues here in the past.
Once the shop keeper refused to take my package because they had so many packages all over the shop needing collection and were running out of space so I had to go somewhere else.
Last week an English lady took my parcel, scanned it and off it went. Unfortunately a week later the return showed as lost in transit.
Turns out the lady scanned a UPS barcode not an Amazon QR code (easy mistake to make I assume as it was an Amazon return).
Fortunately for me (but not the shop) Amazon don't collect packages for two weeks my return package was still in the shop.
The male owner had to make a call but I was able to retrieve my returned parcel to arrange another form of return. So thank you to him for his patience in helping me deal with this issue.
It's a bit of a headache and stress in terms of parcels here and think this shop should refuse them but it is what it is.
The shop itself is ideal location for and have a good range of products.

I purchased a book of 2nd class stamps and was charged £6.80, upon questioning the price I was told they'd gone up, but they don't go up until April 2nd. Everywhere else they are £6. Am disappointed by this and will not return.

Used to send a parcel. No WiFi signal in the village so went to the pub who let me use their WiFi. Man in shop served two people before me, despite me having arrived first.

He finally scanned my parcel barcode and told me it didn't work then walked away and left me standing there! I found a reference and asked him to try that. He got it to work then went back to serving without giving me a receipt or even taking the parcel from me! Definitely won't go back!
