Went in there quickly to get something and the woman behind the counters attitude was terrible. Her phone was constantly ringing making this really annoying tone saying "hello this is your phone please don't ignore me" I think for the benefit of the business, she probably should ignore the phone or ideally turn it off as it's unprofessional. The general attitude from her was a cold feeling, almost as if you nor her should really be there. It costs nothing to smile. I will not be going back there any time soon.

We visited in the week, and it was fine, the lady serving with blonde hair was lovely. Went in on a saturday and there was a thin lady with long dark grey hair tied back. I had a basket of shopping worth about 20 pound, which i put down in disgust and walked out at the way she spoke to customers children. To a little boy who was holding a ball she barked at him 'you better be buying that now', and then to my children, she stood and stared at them for a while. i asked if there was a problem, and she muttered 'they break something then you're paying for it' and walked off!! Honestly disgusting behaviour, and no way to attract customers to a shop. I will be making a complaint in the week.
