Great store, love it here. Staff were fantastic and they have a good size range in stock. The stores layout has been updated which is great, as the table that used to be inside the doors was a bit of a crush point but it feels much more open and welcoming now. I was looking for some summer sandals which unfortunately they didn't have, but I walked away with a few new pairs anyway and am extremely happy with them.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I popped in last minute for a pair of slip ons for my holiday and felt so underwhelmed.
The layout of the shop is awful and looks as if it’s going into administration. I know it’s an outlet so there’s not a full stock list but the way the shop is set up makes it look like it’s been forgotten.
The shelves just look bare.

The lovely lady on the the till was very helpful and friendly (I didn’t catch her name, sorry, but she had brown hair and a few facial piercings). She helped me to get what I needed

Very poor service and the staffs are rude and just can’t be bothered. Very lazy when asked the check the price of an item and made so lame excuse. Sack the lot of them and get people who are willing to work.

I went in this evening on the 14/08 and two members of staff (both male, late teens/ early twenties) were so helpful! One of them went above and beyond when I was enquiring about waterproof back packs and bringing a bag out to me that hadn't been put out on display yet. The other member of staff on till was just as awesome scanning my items and just being so helpful with the packing. Both of them are a credit to the store, the friendliness and helpfulness just from the staff alone will 100% make me come back again. Thanks for your help 😊

Great shoes and clothing store. Staff very knowledgeable and decent discounts available. One tiniest of gripes; a slightly wider range of shoes would be nice. There were a couple of ranges the wife and i were hoping to find but were not available. However, we still walked out with a couple of pairs that we were more than pleased with.

Good shop, good discounts, staff very nice! Only 4 star due to wanting a hoodie that was listed as £40 with 50% off. Get to the till to be told the 50% extra discount had stopped that morning but label hadn't been removed, bit gutted, really liked that hoodie but didn't want to pay full price out of principal.

The staff here are absolutely lovely, always helpful and polite, not to mention smiling. It's fairly rare these days to encounter smiley sales staff.

There is always a great selection of footwear, plus outerwear, bags and accessories. Wonderful bargains to be had too.

I have to say that the staff leave the impression that Vans is a very happy place to work. Well done everyone. 😊
