Came in as I was passing and found a pair of trousers I liked. On the off chance, I checked with a staff member if there were shorts in the same material, and she (I missed her name, but short, sandy brown hair, working on Sunday 30th June) found me a pair, got me set up in fitting rooms and radio’d up to Noah in the stock room for the trousers and shorts in the right waist size.
While I was there, I chatted with 2 other members of staff as well, talking music and how weird it is working in a retail store and not seeing daylight at all some days. All of them were friendly and smiling, and made my visit great.

Had the best service here! First I bought shoes that I really liked the look of of, but nest day have realised they are really uncomfortable. Staff were really helpful and quick to refund and helped me to find replacement! Couldn't be happier, will gladly be back!

Most lovely staff who really looked after my little one who was crying in the changing rooms… the lady spent so much time with us trying to find the perfect trousers and shoes and boosted his confidence. Came in self conscious and upset and left with a huge smile on his face 🙂

Absolutely fantastic experience in store! I've been to many Van stores in the past but this one was by far my favourite! The store was clean and tidy and had everything I was looking for in stock and in my size! However the best part of the experience was the staff in store! They were upbeat and friendly! Especially Joyce! She walked me through all the new shoes and what she personally recommended and really went above and beyond when it came to product knowledge and customer care! I cannot recommend this store enough because of her care and attention to detail! Thank you so much! Hopefully see you again soon!
