Came in today as I lost my vape, as I had been used to the same style vape for 9 years it was an old mode that was getting hard to find the parts or the same model. I asked for very specific wants with my vape and they matched it perfect. I’ve had other shops advise me with the same needs in the past and they came out shocking, nothing like what I wanted. These guys are spot on, got me a perfect match. Cheers, saved my day 😉

I always go to Vape X for my devices. As with anything from time to time they stop working. I've recently had a Vaporesso Luxe X which stopped being able to detect the pods. This is obviously a disaster at 6pm on a Sunday night. But popped by in the morning and the staff were helpful (as always) and were more than happy to swap it under warranty (device was 3 weeks old).

I've had similar issues in the past and had the same treatment. I'm always happy to buy the devices from here as I know they'll be on hand to support if there are any issues. If you do a little digging, most of the brands are actually hard to contact directly.

Aside from being super helpful with warranty claims, they are also always happy to help advise on Nic Salts and e-liquids and the shop is easy to browse in with no pressure.

Great work, a good shop to have in Hoyland!

Myself and my husband Cant recommend this shop and its staff enough,
I bought an Ecig that after a month stopped working I had lost the receipt and threw the box yet they not only replaced it free of change but leant me a battery to use whilst stock came in.
My husband wanted a particular juice and they ordered it in for him with no bother.
we would not shop any where else now.
