I have been storing my stuff with them since 2017. They have not increased the price at all in that time, so it's fairly competitive compared to others.
My unit is in a rather old building but I have not had any problem with leaks when it rains, so it is sound.
Some things could be better:
1. The lighting is not great so I usually take a torch with me so I can see my stuff better when I am in the unit.
2. There is normally just one trolley available to use, which is ok if you don't need to move much, but if someone else is using it when you need to it's a problem.
3. There is no parking next to the building my unit is in - I used to be able to park near by but then they stopped parking in most of the car park area. Now there are only a few spaces available on the far side of the car park. I am assuming this was to allow more space for the lorries to turn around, but it's not helpful to the storage users.

Very good facility, good variety of store sizes, very easy to rent a unit - and the staff are very helpful (they cleared up a couple of queries very quickly and helpfully). Recommended !

I have used Vectis Storage a few times now and I would never use another storage company, as vectis storage are so reliable and good value for money, they have even taken delivery’s for me when I couldn’t make it and whenever I have needed access to my storage they have been happy to help even if it has been out of there working hours, thank you and I will always recommend you to others 👍🏼
