Would give no stars if it was possible, went to collect a parcel and was spoken to like trash by the woman behind the counter I made a comment to my partner about her attitude, she then continued to shout as another customer was waiting to be served. The fella in there came out to us with our parcel and tried to calm the situation but the woman needs to sort her attitude towards customers

Not even a 1 star. Awful customer service. When I went in to get a UPS parcel he kept snatching my id out of my hand. And when I tried to take it back he would snatch it again. Honestly would never go there again. Very rude!!

Do NOT use as a UPS Return Pick Up location, the store took my phone number and told me that I would receive a text message once the item was collected with a confirmation & tracking reference. 3 weeks later & still nothing received, Amazon have not received my order, a rather expensive return lost. Upon checking reviews, this isn't the first time that it's happened.

Absolute rip offs, came in for two price marked items, £1.25 and £0.59 and a pack of single walkers ready salted crisps, got out to see my card had been charged for £3.59 so £1.75 for a bag of crisps? Not the first time it’s happened here either, won’t be back.

Shop keepers attitude seems to of improved a lot since i last visited and left 1 star. So im now giving 3 stars for that. He also sells the cheapest Elf bar vapes Locally at just £3.99 and this has earn't him an extra star.

Disgusting and rude staff that start serving other customers whilst you're still talking and standing at the till. I won't ever use this shop again. Terrible hygiene (coughing into hand that was holding someone's change) considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. Absolutely no social distancing in the shop.

Dropped a parcel for UPS to pick up, only I wasn't given a receipt or tracking order so now a relatively expensive package is lost, with no way of tracking it.

One of the best off-licence store in uk, i have ever been to. Nice and graceful attitude towards customers. They have huge variety of stock that i can choose from.
