Horrible rude people, always on their phones and hard to speak to.
Tried to send about 10 parcels with Evri, and was waiting in a queue. They skipped me and served the person who came in after me, when I questioned them they replied that they serve customers first. I said that I am a customer as Evri pay them to send my parcels, plus I was also going to buy some stuff (milk and bread).

Horrible pokey shop which is a death trap, in future I will send parcels with Yodel. Sorry Evri you lost a customer due to this awful shop.

Whenever I go there I always seem to have to deal with the same useless staff member. A few times when I have been to pick up parcels, he has offered me any old parcel regardless of the name and address. Unbelievable.

WORST SHOP IN NORTHWICH, charge 50p to put your gas/electric on. Everything is overpriced they even cross retail prices off and put their own. Absolute disgrace of a shop. Should be shut down!

Gave them £62 swore blind I only gave them £42 called the police checked the CCTV low and behold the money was given to the 19 year old member of staff on the CCTV DON'T SHOP HERE GANG OF THIEVES

Don't shop here and if you do check your change, I had to get the police involved to check the cctv to get my money back, they are all scammers that work in this shop, beware!
