Customer service is none existent. Foul, nasty little bald man behind the counter too busy complaining about what shift his colleagues have received to offer any customer service. High priced dive of a place, avoid at all costs.

Never walk in there. It is not a convenience store! It’s not worth the bad experience you’ll get. it’ll make your evening horrible having to deal with the ppl who work there. One would expect some sort of level of human decency considering we all live in a community. The man attending the register has a horrendous abusive attitude.

Best off license I’ve been to, so friendly, great chat, great prices and lovely staff. I was a tourist and helped me on my night out. Gave us good recommendations on where to go. Wish I was here before! I love the north! Xx

I placed a deliveroo order on some food and drinks and they kept me waiting over 2 hours for my order.
It wouldn't have been so bad but they said that they had started working on my order after about 20 minutes which meant that I couldn't cancel my order anymore.
Absolutely terrible service. It only got a 1 star because I couldn't choose to leave 0.

This shop isn't the type of place you look up unless you're unfortunate enough to be standing immediately next to it, but suffice it to say the name is quite apt. There's a 'village type' man serving at the til who berrates his customers & treats them like they're beneath him. Well, in return I type this review: It's essentially a cheap low class shop stocked with low class items for lower class clientelle in a lower class city with a low class man working at the til. If it weren't so depressing it would be worth making into a sitcom.

Very rude little man that works downstairs needs a good Muai Thai kick to the face if im honest, Really doesn't make it easy for some of us delivery drivers who just want to pick up our deliveries and go. Very disappointing.
