Mum had a flat white and I had an Americano coffee...YUK !! So bitter, not a quality coffee at all. Just from a machine not hand made. Won't bother again as it wasn't cheap but the coffee was. We weren't the only ones to leave our coffee. The food took a long time to be served and the Christmas goats cheese flatbread with figs, rocket and maple syrup was too sweet as dried figs had been used.

Using their app means you can pack as you shop. The spaces in their car park seem a little bigger than other supermarkets. The staff always seem eager to help, also there never seems to be children running around. A better shopping experience compared with other supermarkets.

I have stopped shopping here since they changed the checkouts. Very few normal checkouts now so it's common to see large queues when you have a trolley. The self checkout tills don't have weighing tables so you have to weigh everything separately at a distant location slowing the whole checkout process. It seems they have designed it make using trolleys a real pain to persuade people to use baskets instead and penalise you anyway when you do. The shopping experience in this store is just awful, it's such as shame as it used to be so much better.

Hi after completing online review thought I would spare a moment to review this excellent local Waitrose store. Whilst not the largest store it is well stocked with a great range of fresh and shelf staples. The thing that really makes it though is the staff all of them are friendly and interact with customers (especially Mel and the guy who looks like Rod Stewart who are both so good with making older customers feel valued and special). I believe that this in today's busy world is important as for that person the interaction maybe the only one of the day/week. I also know that I get with offers and Waitrose essentials range I obtain great food at a competitive price. Well done all.

Unlike Waitrose they were lacking in till operatives this afternoon. Assistant was asked if they could open up another till as there was only 1open at the time, she replied 'I'll ask but I can't guarantee'. A young man then came and opened up a till. He was polite, as usually Waitrose staff are.

It has been ages since I was offered so much friendly assistance, bright, clean store with friendly, helpful staff, quite brilliant

Waitrose is always a pleasure to visit and you can usually get everything you want.

Had the nicest experience picking up my shopping from click & collect. The lady helping me out was the nicest person and upon asking about the free coffee with my waitrose card and not having a reusable cup, the lady gifted me one which made my day.
