Loved this little shop. We were in the area on a day where the factory was closed, but we were so happy to stop here. The tins and cookies were reasonably priced - much better than all the souvenir shops you'll see around Scotland.
They also offer cookies in a bag that have "defects" - i.e small chip on the side - so available much cheaper!

One of my grand fathers, George Williamson's family comes fom Inverness. I always buy your cookies at Costco and this year I got 5 2.1 kg boxes. I really love your cookies and would love to be at your shop.

One star because the products are good. Otherwise simply awful customer service and response to a question of which retail stores might carry a full range of products like whiskey laced cakes. Tried to reach them thru contact email provided but no response.

After visiting the Glenfiddich distillery, we had to visit one of the Walker's shops. A large choice of products, prices are better than any place in Scotland (and in France), and the young lady in the boutique was very nice to us! We'll come back, and we'll buy more because we need to!
