Awful, i witnessed the staff and Manager refuse to refund or replace a £12 vape as the person may have "broken it herself" and she brought it over 24 hours prior! When confronted &informed of the law, I was faced with a shoulder shrug! I stated I will not shop in their store again because of what I witnessed& the Manager stated "I don't care darling, I have 4 shops!".....
Discusting and utterly shameful!
The item was broken and so should have had the batch number taken to inform the company as there may be a faulty batch. Any differing policies should be made clear to customers prior to purchase, I.e, the hygenine rule& not afterwards. A refund or replacement is just good customer service, sadly this store does not know what that means. Shop there at their convenience!

It’s good. Unless you’re ordering from them, first off it’s a 3 pound delivery charge. Then you have to wait at least two hours + the fact they don’t answer the phone. Appalling.

Fantastic shop, newly reopened with new owner/staff very helpful and stocking everyday need in the centre of town. I live in Faringdon and travel through Wantage and this shop is brilliant and in a great location.

A super convenient shop right in the middle of town that opens late and stocks a lot of less available food and drinks, with new, interesting products being rotated in now and then. The young lad on the counter is always up for a chat and is a pleasure to talk to.
